first, there's this cereal at Schnucks called Crispy Hexagons.
second, if you want to puke with enjoyment and/or confusion, see the movie A Scanner Darkly. It's based on a Philip K. Dick novel, and it features rotoscoped paranoid Keanu Reeves tangled up in a conspiracy while he is addicted to a mind-altering hallucinagen. After I saw it I wanted to curl up into a ball and live in a barrel like the Amphibian Man, which is a book by a Russian science fiction author named Alexander Beliaev that you may enjoy.
third, if you want to check out what i've been doing with my summer, visit www.ncsa.uiuc.edu. i've been doing web design for the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. The flash thing in the banner and the associated link are some of my handywork... also www.ncsa.uiuc.edu/Conferences/IDI. Little conference website. Tongue-numbing excitement. Anybody else feel like they contracted polio because they sit all day? Fuck it, lets all quit and go be shirpas in the Andes.
also, check out myspace.com/mitn for some instrumental tracks. we're putting down vocals this week and the album should be done very very soon. Hoorah!

I've seen A Scanner Darkly twice now since it's been out - and it's wicked awesome. You feel intoxicated after you leave the theatre - it's great.
